In her experience working within the school system, Victoria became aware of the inconsistencies present in working with individuals with ASD, and recognized the need for a collaborative effort for families, community providers and school systems to ensure the needs of the individual are met. It was this realization that propelled her to start Mosaic Solutions. She has worked in early intervention serving individuals and families from birth to three years old providing developmental assessments and services to ensure pathways to childhood are secure. As a coordinating Case Manager she worked alongside a specialized treatment team delivering interventions to children and adolescents with ASD that were in need of assistance and identifying supports and programs geared towards stabilization.
