We understand the unique challenges that individuals with ASD and their loved ones experience. Our goal is to increase family stability, create strong support networks, and empower individuals to achieve and maintain their highest level of independence. Child Guidance

We promote and navigate collaborative relationships for parents with schools and community providers including but not limited to serving as a liaison for family to schools, community providers, funders and other stakeholders.

Adult Guidance

Some people with ASD may require significant support in their daily lives, while others may need less, and in some cases, live entirely independently. Mosaic Solutions aims to bring a sense of normalcy to clients' lives by navigating challenges with compassionate guidance, backed by years of research and experience tailored to the specific needs of the individual.

 

Senior Guidance

We develop goals which focus on strengths and identifying weaknesses of the individual and implementing in-home structure, routines and systems or linking with qualified health professionals to ensure individualized care. With our ability to work with a variety of age ranges, Mosaic Solutions is a trusted teammate you can count on. 

Care Coordination

We work together with a carefully selected team of healthcare professionals to develop a care plan and coordinate between staff, clients, and family. We regularly review and assess the plan to monitor progress while also acting as a point person on the team to ensure the success of the patient.
