Develop and implement a home based behavioral and/or academic support plan
Provide psycho-education -information to family, care givers, school providers and individuals involved with the child’s care about child’s diagnosis, needs and treatment
Work with school system and family to develop school supports and accommodations aimed at increasing academic and social success of the child
Participate in Individual Education Plan meeting to support needs of child and provide education to family regarding IEP process and expectations
Provide school training and supports to give teachers necessary tools and strategies to increase child’s academic and social success
