Iep readiness package

Our iep readiness package provides parents and families a glimpse
into the benefits our programs and partnerships have to offer

• Initial consultation with family to review child's Individual Education Plan.

• Meet with school personnel to discuss child's academic and social behaviors in class

• Meet with the parents to develop IEP talking points

• Attend IEP meeting offering support and guidance in the development of plan

• Two-week followup with family to assess service delivery
